EFT/TFT: Resetting the nervous system

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT), often referred to as tapping, are powerful, evidence-based mind-body therapies that combine acupressure and cognitive techniques to help release emotional distress and restore balance.
